Tour Operator Paul Held – Adventure Tour, Registry number 2016/0001, directory of operators of the Federal Ministry of Business, Families and Youth. According to the Travel Agency Insurance Ordinance (RSV), payments by customers and clients of tour operator Paul Held – Adventure Tour are insured under the following preconditions:
The deposit is not paid earlier than 11 months before the booked travel package ends and amounts to 20 % of the total price. The final payment is not made earlier than 20 days before departure, when the travel documents are provided by the operator. No further payments must be requested. First deposits and final payments are only covered up to the amount the operator is authorized for. The insurance coverage is primarily used to cover payments received in due form.
The Tiroler Sparkasse Bankaktiengesellschaft, Sparkassenplatz 1, in 6020 Innsbruck is the guarantor. Bank guarantee from 12/29/2020 guarantee number 153.052.0 All claims must be registered with the liquidator Drr. Franz Watschinger, Fallmerayerstr. 8 in 6020 Innsbruck, Tel.: +43 512 566 000, Fax: +43 512 566 000 17 within 8 weeks of insolvency, later claims cannot be considered.
