Glacier & High Alpine Climb Training

Glacier mountaineering is a wonderful experience. But only if you know how to be safe you can truly enjoy it.  Our glacier mountaineering course provides you with solid knowledge and practical experience, including rescue and self rescue techniques from crevasses.

Our base at Taschachhaus in the Oetztal Alps has perfect terrain on the nearby glacier. The highlight of this course is the summit of Wildspitze (3.770m), the highest peak of Tyrol.

Crevasse rescue near Taschachhaus:

Included services: Glacier mountaineering course with a certified mountain guide, rental equipment, theory and outdoor training, ascent of Wildspitze.
Not included: Travelling coasts to the meeting point, Food and accommodation, Half board at Taschachhaus.

Prices per day depending on the number of participants:

  • 1 person € 490,-
  • 2 people € 280,-
  • 3 people € 220,-
  • 6 people € 190,-
  • 5 people € 170,-
  • 6 people € 150,-

The overnight stay in the hut including half board is not included in the price. An additional charge of between €50 and €60 per night must be included for this.
